A little bit about me…
My name is Miss Tulloch and I have been a teacher for 6 years. I am so pleased to teach in Reception because I love how hands on we can be with the learning. We are always singing and smiling, which makes me look forward to coming to school every day.
When I am not at school, I love taking my two dogs on long walks. Although, on a rainy day we love reading books on the couch with fluffy socks and a warm drink!
My favourite children’s book is…
I love rhyming books but my favourite is definitely ‘Kitchen Disco’ by Clare Foges and Al Murphy. It is really funny and I love that the vegetables all come to life and have a party while the humans are sleeping.
My favourite thing to do in school is…
This is a tricky one, but I think it would definitely be exploring the outdoors. I enjoy running eco club, having regular visitors from the woodland trust and finding fun new activities in the outdoor classroom. I also love going on school trips and seeing the children’s faces when they visit somewhere new.
